Your deal submission is reviewed against our eligibility and data requirements before it is published and considered for the relevant league tables.
How do I submit deals to league tables?
To submit deals to league tables, provide the required deal, tranche and lender/guarantor information through our submission form. You can submit deals across export finance, project finance, infrastructure finance, commodity finance and development finance.
Where can I submit my deals?
You can submit your export, commodity, infrastructure, project and development finance deals directly by email or through DealVault. submissions@exilegroup.com.
What types of deals can I submit?
You can submit eligible export finance, project finance, infrastructure finance, commodity finance and development finance deals. Each deal is assigned to the relevant Proximo, TXF or Uxolo editorial coverage and league tables based on its product type and structure.
Who can submit a deal?
Lenders, law firms, ECAs and other relevant parties involved in a transaction can submit a deal directly. Direct submission allows you to provide the deal information used to record your involvement and ensure your league table credit.
What information do I need to submit?
The required information is captured across three levels: the deal, each tranche and each lender or participant.
Deal level: deal title, product type, borrower, deal volume, closing date and country.
Tranche level: tranche volume, structure and at least one lender or MLA.
Lender level: company and role for each participant. If a new company is added, its company type and country are also required.
Additional information such as currency, ticket size, financial stage, region and industry can be provided where available but does not prevent submission progression.
What are the mandatory requirements for a deal submission?
Every deal must have at least one tranche, and every tranche must have at least one lender-side participant with a Lender, MLA or direct lender role.
Some structures also trigger additional requirements. An ECA-family tranche must include an ECA participant, while a DFI/MDB-family tranche must include a DFI/MDB participant.
What documents can I upload?
You can submit the deal documentation you already use to record the transaction, provided it contains the information needed for the submission. This can include a credit agreement, term sheet, closing or signing announcement, information memorandum, Excel file or internal deal summary.
Can I upload an Excel file?
Yes. You can upload an Excel file containing your deal information, including an Excel deal tracker or internal summary. The required deal, tranche and lender information must still be provided.
How do I know if my deal has been submitted?
Once your deal submission has been received, it enters the review process. If you submit through DealVault, you can track your submission status and see where your deal is in the process.
What happens after I submit my deal?
Your submission is reviewed against our deal requirements and league table methodology. Once the required information has been confirmed and the deal is approved for publication, the deal goes live and the relevant deal information can be published.

How long does it take for a submitted deal to go live?
The timing depends on the completeness of the submission and the review process. A deal cannot be approved for publication until the required deal, tranche and lender information has been provided and the relevant validation checks have been completed.
When should I submit my deal?
Submit your deal as soon as the relevant transaction information is available, rather than waiting until the end of the quarter. Submitting directly gives our team time to review the deal and ensure the information needed for league table credit is captured.
What is the league table submission deadline?
Submission deadlines vary by league table and reporting period. The next upcoming league table submission deadline can be found in DealVault. If a deal is intended for the current quarterly league tables, submitting before the end of the quarter gives our team time to review the information, even if you submit it under embargo initially.
Will my deal be included in the league tables?
Eligible deals can be included in the relevant league tables once they have been reviewed and meet the applicable methodology and submission requirements. Providing a complete direct submission helps ensure your deal information and involvement are accurately recorded.

How does deal credit work?
Deal credit is based on the role and involvement recorded for an eligible transaction and the rules of the relevant league table. Direct deal submissions allow you to provide the information used to record your organisation's involvement rather than relying solely on information from other sources.
Why should I submit my deals directly?
Direct deal submissions give you greater control over how your deal information and involvement are recorded. They help ensure the relevant deal data is captured accurately and give your organisation the opportunity to receive the league table credit it has earned.
Can I edit a deal submission after I've sent it?
Yes. If you identify an error or need to provide additional information, you can flag the change during the review process. Deals can be reviewed and confirmed before publication through DealVault.
Is my data visible before publication?
No. Deal submissions remain private while they are under review. Deal information is only published once the submission has been reviewed and approved for publication.
How do I know when my deal goes live?
If you use DealVault, you will receive a notification when your deal has been reviewed and published. You can also track your submission status and see your published deals.
What if I disagree with how a deal was credited?
Contact our submission team via submissions@exilegroup.com with the details of the deal and the credit you believe should be recorded. We can review the submission and league table credit and make corrections where appropriate.
